I’ve had my eye on Anastasia’s Dip Brow Pomade for ages, but I didn’t feel their initial release’s colours had any that would be cool enough for my black hair. Eventually they released a whole new range of colours including the one I decided to go with, Granite.
Product: Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Pomade (Granite)
Price: £15
I used their Brow Powder Duo for ages, but always felt the colour was just a bit too warm for me and made it more obvious I was wearing some sort of brow product. The Dip Brow got a lot of love when it first came out so I was really excited to finally get to try it out.
The product is in a clear glass jar with the Anastasia Beverly Hills logo on the lid. It has 4 grams of product, which honestly I think will take me forever to finish, let alone make a dent in.
Granite is for black hair with cool/ashy tones, which is perfect for me. This stuff is quite pigmented and a little goes a long way, so definitely start with a lighter hand and build from there.
The product is pretty easy to apply with a brow brush and light flicks to make a more natural brow look. You can also easily create a very defined and sharp look as the product is more like a gel eyeliner consistency.

A bit of a heavier brow look than I am used to, but with some practice I think I can master it. I am however loving how easy and long lasting it is.
