Sorry for being a bit MIA the last couple months – it’s been hectic.  First piece of news I should share is: I graduated last month!  My 2-year MBA adventure has come to and end and it is time I return to being a normal adult again.  The idea of going back to work is a bit daunting, but at the same time having a paycheck again will be wonderful.

It’s been a truly experience filled 2 years living in London doing my MBA at London Business School.  I had many firsts, things that changed my perspective on the world, and in general I grew as a person.  So many people told me how amazing their time spent during an MBA was and I finally can fully understand it as this chapter of my life comes to close.  I would love to do it over again, but unfortunately that’s not how life works.

Since graduation, I’ve travelled around with my family and friends before returning to London for a few weeks of setting up before work starts.

One of the saddest things I have had to deal with is saying farewell to many of my closest friends as they start their post-MBA life else.  Of course I knew everyone would not be in the same place afterwards, but it was when all the ‘farewell drinks’ invites started pouring into my Facebook inbox that it really hit me.  On the bright side, I now have friends around the world to go visit!

I’ve had 3+ months to celebrate and next week I return to adult life with a new job back into management consulting in London.  Although I previously worked in the same type of position, I am quite anxious to be working again and excited for a routine again.

I am also hoping to get back into my blog again and would love any recommendations for post ideas!
