Feeling the autumn vibe lately and thought my lipstick collection needed a new matte vampy colour.  Enter Charlotte Tilbury’s Matte Revolution lipstick in Glastonberry, one of my new autumn go-to bold lipstick.  I was quite torn between this colour and Love Liberty, which is more an everyday colour, but in the end decided I wanted to show my inner rocker.

Can we just talk about the beautiful packaging of this lipstick?  The rose gold classic lipstick design gives a feel of old Hollywood glamour.  It is not particularly weighted and feels a bit plastic-y, but looks wise, it’s beautiful.

Glastonberry is quite a dramatic bold dark purple/violet matte lipstick that can be sheered out to give a less intense look.  As a matte lipstick it is quite comfortable to wear, but still long-wearing.  As I am quite lazy, my favorite part is that you don’t need a lip liner and the lipstick won’t bleed into any of your lip lines and is very opaque on the first pass!
