It’s been a while since I’ve shared my thoughts on a place to eat in London and what better way to catch up with good friends over gourmet BBQ! After we did a bit of indoor rock climbing we were all definitely ready for some drinks and grub.
I’m back from my month away and I’m back with my last photo diary of my spring break trip! Last stop on my spring break trip was a 10-day trip to Indonesia, 2 days in Jakarta and 8 days in Bali. No better way to end a month-long holiday by spending a week and a half unwinding and getting all my needed Vit D.
Spring break part 2! Next stop after India, Myanmar for a week of Pagoda hunting! I’ve now seen in the thousands of pagodas and buddha statues in Mandalay, Bagan, Inle Lake, and just a bit of Yangon.
This is going one of a series of three photo diaries on one of my last big travel excursions of my MBA experience. The first part of my travels was to India for my MBA Global Business Experience in Dehradun and Mumbai. Taking advantage of my flights to India, I thought I would take an extra few days before hand to hit up Delhi and Agra too!
I’m embarking on a 4 week holiday to India, Myanmar and Indonesia and my goal was to stick everything in my 60L Quechua pack and North Face Recon backpack as a carry-on/day pack. Thought this was the perfect chance to showcase some tips & tricks for packing lightly for a long holiday.
When I asked around for recommendations to my friends who had went on the India trek organised by the Indians in our class, the number one suggestion was definitely to eat at Indian Accent. So of course I grabbed my travel party for a fancy meal with some wine, a nice change of pace from what we had been having in India thus far.
Primer is such an important step in my makeup routine, because without it I would probably looks like a panda. I’ve been very loyal to my Urban Decay Primer Potion for years and the times I have strayed, the products just didn’t live up. These days I’ve been really enjoying all my Asian products, so thought I would pick up a couple from Korea and put them to the test. First up, Etude House’s Proof 10 Eye Primer!
I’ve been a follower of the UK beauty YouTuber and blogger Fleur de Force for a long time and have been a big fan of her line of lashes with Eylure that came out a while back. So when she announced she was also doing brow products, I thought why not? I was out of brow gel anyways so picked up the brow palette and brow tamer in medium at a trip to boots.
This was my first time in Africa and in a Muslim country and I definitely did a bit of research before jetting off and thought I would share everything I learned and would suggest for those interested in visiting! I had a wonderful time with my friends and have shared my top moments in my photo diary.
It’s been a little while since I’ve taken a long weekend trip, so I was quite excited to do a 5-day trip to Marrakech and the Sahara desert with a group of 8. It took me a good full day after landing in Marrakech to realise that I was in Africa!
